This is a central Texas house that is 11 months old (built in 2021). The builder did their own “Inspection”. This has been causing unseen water damage for the entire time. The buyer was so glad for us to have found this and many other significant issues. Because they found this during the warranty phase, the builder will have to cover all the repairs and damages. Always get a third party inspection done.
